Project description

e-contract BVBA is a Belgian company who provides services for consumers and businesses on the Begian market. Through various platforms such as aanbieders.be and mesfournisseurs.be they allow their customers to compare their providers (energy, internet, mobile,...) and easily arrange a transfer to the cheapest provider based on their personal needs.

Ixudra was contracted by e-contract to develop a CRM application in order to manage the internal operations of the company. This includes customer management, contract management, reporting, billing and much more. This project is currently in development for over two years and is actively used on a daily basis by 10 people.

Functionally, this project includes the following components:

• Authentication, user management and permission management
• Customer, Contract and billing management
• Reporting in HTML views as well es extensive CSV exports
• Comprehensive REST API
• Lead aggregation and follow-up
• Several complicated imports of data from old, deprecated systems into the CRM
• Migration of the entire project from Laravel 4 to Laravel 5 (over 1000 files)
